Class is offered Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM till 9:50AM.  Class includes warm-up, some cardio, balance and strength exercises, and cool down with some stretching.

Aquacise/Water Aerobics is a great way to stay active and fit, and to socialize and make friends.  Come out and enjoy the sun and fun here in paradise!
